Visitor Guidelines

We respect and promote our patient’s right to designate visitors of their choosing and to accommodate visitation whenever possible. However, for health and safety reasons there are certain circumstances that require visitation to be restricted. On Thursday, October 1, 2020 the following changes to our temporary visitor restrictions will go into effect:

Patients may have one visitor each day between 9AM and 8PM.

All visitors are required to sign in, complete a brief health questionnaire and have their temperature checked prior to entry into the hospital.

Anyone who is experiencing a fever greater than 100.4 °F and/or symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, body aches, sore throat, headache, or nausea/vomiting or who do not feel well will not be allowed to visit.

Each visitor will receive a procedural mask for the day to be worn at all times in the hospital, including in the patient room. Masks brought from home are not permitted.

During this time, we recognize family and friends will be missed. We highly encourage the use of smart devices to stay connected. Please consider face-time video or communication  through phone calls.

We continue to be in contact with local and state health officials as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our staff are following the latest guidance from these public health agencies to help everyone be safe.
